  1. Step 1: Log on to eBranch from the PVFCU website.
  2. Step 2: Click on the “Self-Service” tab close to the top of the page.
  3. Step 3: Select, “Additional Services” and choose “Mobiliti”.
  4. Step 4: Click Sign Up
  5. Step 5: Agree to the terms and conditions
  6. Step 6: Hit “Continue” (Note: Please take note of the app code, paradise619 as you will need it later once you download the app onto your phone.)
  7. Step 7: If you do not have a smart phone (non-iPhone or Android phone), select the “other services” such as mobile browsing and text message alerts. If you have an iPhone, skip this step and jump to step 10 after hitting “continue.”
  8. Step 8: Check all eligible accounts that you want to be able to access through the app.
  9. Step 9: Hit “Continue.”
  10. Step 10: Open either the App Store (iPhone users) or Google Play (Andriod users) and search for “Touch Banking.”
  11. Step 11: Once the app is downloaded onto your phone, you may log into it using the same login information you would normally use for your PVFCU Home Banking. (Note: If your login ID is your account number and it is 5 digits or less, simply add a zero (or zeroes) to the beginning of your login ID to make it 6 digits.)

Remote Deposit Capture

  1. Step 1: Download the Smart Phone App
  2. Step 2: Log in with your username and password.
  3. Step 3: Once in the app, at the bottom of the screen, locate the “Deposit” button.

  4. Step 4: Touch “Deposit”
  5. Follow the instructions on screen instructions
    • Be sure to endorse with your signature, as well as the words “For Mobile Check Deposit Only
